Are the shoes authentic branded products?

Our footwear is sold as replica footwear, not authentic branded merchandise. Treasure Luxury Cottage is an independent store and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands referenced in our footwear listings. Please read the product description and review the photos before ordering.

How do I choose a size?

Select a size on the product page before adding the shoes to your cart. EU sizes are the primary size reference. US men’s (M) and women’s (W) labels are approximate guides; fit can vary by brand, style, and replica construction. Our overall footwear range is EU 35–47.5, with the available choices shown for each style.

If you are unsure, contact us with the style number, your usual shoe size, and your foot length before ordering. Do not assume that a US size fits identically across different styles.

What currency are prices shown in?

Product prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). Review the final checkout total before completing your order.

How much does U.S. shipping cost?

U.S. shipping is free with no minimum purchase. Orders ship from the United States; estimated delivery is 12–15 days. See Shipping & Delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a pair that does not fit?

You may request a free return or exchange within 30 days after delivery for unworn footwear. The original shoe box is not required. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide instructions. See our Refund and Returns Policy.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Contact us with your order number and photos. Keep the shoes unworn while we help resolve the issue.
